The City-Stays Principe Real Apartments are located in the heart of the colorful and cheerful Bairro Alto of Lisbon and are perfect for families, friends and couples. This neighborhood is famous for its historical buildings that offer a scenic landscape, and for its social life, as it’s full of bars, restaurants, local places playing live fado music and terraces to enjoy the Portuguese night. Bairro Alto is as well popular for the bohemian image given by the new and young designers settled in this area. The nearest metro station to the apartments is Rato (yellow line) and is within 7 minutes walking distance. The City-Stays Principe Real Apartments have two-bedroom apartments that can allocate up to 6 people. The Standard two-bedroom apartment has 1 double bed, 2 twin beds, one double sofa-bed in the living room and one bathroom. The Family two-bedroom apartment has one double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, one double sofa-bed in the living room and one bath. As well, all the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine as well as washing machine, heating and free Internet WIFI. The check-in starts at 15h. After 22h an extra fee of 60€ will be charged. If the apartment or its furniture suffer any damage, we will charge to the credit card used for the reservation the cost of such repair or replacement. The apartment must be left in normal cleaning conditions, if not we will charge to the credit card used for the reservation an extra cleaning fee of 60€. Please take note that the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the credit card given on the reservation, 3 days before arrival. In case of non refundable reservations, the total amount will be charged on the moment of the reservation.
